Demolition and rebuild of Dr. W.K. Du Plessis School
Scope:
The scope of this project entails the complete demolition and rebuild of Dr. W.K. Du Plessis School in Springs. There will also be a separate administration building, a brand new school hall and three blocks of boarding accommodation. While the school is being built, Temi Construction will provide a temporary school which comprises of 24 classrooms and 12 ablution facilities placed on the future sports grounds. When this is complete, the sports facilities will comprise of a soccer field and 2 combi courts.
