In June 2022, Temi Construction completed the Pikitup Building refurbishment project (Joscho building reburbishment).
Scope:
- Renovation of office block (ground floor to 6th floor as well as 2 basement parkades)
- Refurbishment of external facades
- Installing new roof sheeting and waterproofing roof slab
- Replace all steel windows with aluminium windows
- Installation of new sprinkler system in the basement
- Refurbishment of lifts
- New fire reticulation system
- Smoke and fire detection system
